Organizational Studies

The major blends the disciplines of Communication and Industrial/Organizational Psychology with Management. The aim of the program is to provide students with knowledge and skills that will prepare them for administrative positions in both public and private organizations. The degree requires all students to complete a minor. The organizational studies major builds on the general curriculum through a variety of courses in communication, economics, psychology, sociology, management and marketing. The interdisciplinary degree allows students to take courses offered by both the Kendall College of Arts and Sciences and the Collins College of Business and provides them with the breadth and depth of knowledge that will help them to understand the complex world in which we live and to succeed in it.
