The electric power and energy systems concentration in the BSE electrical engineering program prepares students for positions after graduation in industries dealing with generation, transmission and utilization of electric power. Generation includes conventional power generation (fossil fuel and nuclear) and alternative energy systems, including solar, wind and fuel cells. Students in this program complete the foundation courses in math, science and engineering and then are required to take the pathway course in electric power and complete nine of the 15 technical elective credit hours with power classes. The senior design capstone project focuses upon the area of electric power and energy systems.



For Unibroad applicants, the application fee of 85 USD will be waived by Kaplan Inc. SAT might be required.
