The BS degree program in mathematics offers a grounding in both theoretical and applied mathematical concepts. Classes cover a broad spectrum of advanced mathematical topics, including differential equations, modeling, numerical analysis, number theory, cryptography and real analysis. Students with a bachelor's degree in mathematics can pursue careers in fields as diverse as computer science, finance, biotechnology, engineering, medical research and education.
