BS Ecology and Evolutionary Biology

In Ecology and Evolutionary Biology (EEB), students learn about how plants and animals interact, behave, evolve, and adapt, from the level of individual organisms to the population, community, and ecosystem levels. This degree is designed for students with interests in the fields of biodiversity, biological systematics, evolution, ecology, and organismal biology, including the fields of botany, zoology, environmental biology, and conservation biology. Students majoring in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology may opt for either a Bachelor of Arts degree or Bachelor of Science degree. Bachelor of Science provides students with five options: Biological Sciences, Ecology, and Evolutionary Biology, Molecular and Cell Biology, Physiology and Neurobiology, and Structural Biology and Biophysics. In this degree, the course requirement will be fulfilled by taking required calculus, chemistry, and physics sequences.



A non-refundable application fee of 80 USD is required. This program only accepts candidates who have completed 12 years of school education. Otherwise, you are advised to complete 1 year of Bachelor's degree in your country or choose between International Foundation and International Year One programs.
