The undergraduate major in Management prepares students to manage and lead all aspects of organizations. It also prepares students for graduate study in business and other fields. Mastery of course content enables students to inspire themselves, others, teams, and organizations to coordinate efforts to provide effective outcomes. Content covered includes organizational behavior, human resources, cross-cultural differences, ethics, and negotiating skills. A capstone course integrates the learning objectives of the major in a study of a real company where students demonstrate that they can now apply effectively what they have learned. This degree offers three emphases of study: Aging Services Management, Human Resources Management and Project Management.

Lower SAT or ACT will be considered if GPA is higher than a 3.0. A non-refundable application fee of 30 USD is required. All prices are estimated for previous years and are subject to change. This program only accepts candidates who have completed 12 years of school education. Otherwise, you are advised to complete 1 year of Bachelor's degree in your country or choose between International Foundation and International Year One programs.
