The Bachelor of Arts in World Languages and Cultures offers students a solid foundation in language and linguistic skills, as well as knowledge of diverse cultures. Upon completion of the program, students will be able to interact and participate in a global environment. The concentration in Russian seeks to prepare its students to understand the language, literature, and culture of Russia. One of the concentration’s primary goals is to prepare students to be able to interact productively with Russian speakers. The concentration seeks to develop the highest possible level of proficiency in the Russian language in each of its students as a foundation for both academic understanding and everyday communication. In order to achieve this goal, the Russian concentration treats language and culture as an inextricably bound up nexus that has to be inculcated at every step of the learning process.

Lower SAT or ACT will be considered if GPA is higher than a 3.0. A non-refundable application fee of 30 USD is required. All prices are estimated for previous years and are subject to change. This program only accepts candidates who have completed 12 years of school education. Otherwise, you are advised to complete 1 year of Bachelor's degree in your country or choose between International Foundation and International Year One programs.
