You'll choose a combination of three subjects in your first year and study two subjects to degree level from your second year. You can choose multiple subject combinations from archaeology, biology, cancer sciences, chemistry, earth science, ecosystem and environment, maths, physics, and psychology. The flexibility of the degree along with collaborative modules in the second and third year, encourage you to understand theories and ideas from different areas of science and explore how they work together. MSci degrees are undergraduate-level courses which last for four years and have an integrated masters qualification. They are the equivalent to a bachelors degree plus a masters level qualification. These courses usually provide additional industry and/or research experience to enhance your future prospects. An MSci is excellent preparation for further study such as a PhD. If you choose to study an MSci, your student loan will cover tuition fees and living costs for the additional year too (home/EU students only). If you are unsure on whether to choose an MSci or BSc, we recommend you choose the MSci to secure your funding. Transfer to the BSc is possible.

IB of 38 is required including 7,6,6, in higher level subjects. For 2021 entry, the application fee is 20 GBP for a single choice, or 26 GBP for more than one choice. This program only accepts candidates who have completed 12 years of school education. Requirements may differ depending on the country you are located in. Otherwise, you are advised to complete 1 year of Bachelor's degree in your country or choose between International Foundation and International Year One programs.
