This program provides individual-oriented education with few selected students, aiming to have graduated with fully equipped, aware of the importance of life-long learning, and open to improvement, through an education program that emphasizes hands-on learning, involves undergraduate students in research projects, and promoting creativity.

If a candidate does not have any language proficiency certificate, an internal exam of the university is arrangeable.
