Spanish and International Media and Communications Studies
This course develops your Spanish language and exposes you to history, culture, cinema and literature of the Spanish-speaking world. You will also cover a range of subjects such as society, inter-cultural communications, and cultural studies. You will divide your studies equally between Spanish and media and communications. This program is offered through two pathways: Beginners' Spanish pathway: where students will follow an intensive language course designed to take you to degree level within four years or Post A-Level Spanish pathway: where students will take language classes at an advanced level and develop your existing language skills. Whichever pathway you take, you will graduate with the same degree.
IB of 32 is required. For 2021 entry, the application fee is 20 GBP for a single choice, or 26 GBP for more than one choice. This program only accepts candidates who have completed 12 years of school education. Requirements may differ depending on the country you are located in. Otherwise, you are advised to complete 1 year of Bachelor's degree in your country or choose between International Foundation and International Year One programs.
