Human Resources Management professionals specialise in managing functions and activities concerned with attracting, maintaining and developing people within the organisation. A Bachelor of Business (Human Resources Management) will provide students with a body of knowledge that includes the understanding of historical perspectives and contemporary developments in Human Resources Management. If you submit IELTS as a proof your English language skills, no bands should be less than 6.0. A minimum score of 73 from TOEFL with no band less than 18 can be submitted instead of IELTS.
