A major in Spanish or Portuguese demonstrates to future employers and/or graduate schools that you have achieved a certain level of linguistic ability and understanding of Hispanic cultures. Our curriculum is designed to help students hone their oral and written language skills and to learn more about Spanish, Spanish American, and Luso-Brazilian cultures through literature and cultural studies.

For IB students, a completion with an overall IB score of 24 or higher or a score of 4.0 or higher for each subject is required. Moreover, an ACT score of 21 is acceptable. For Unibroad applicants, the university's application fee will be waived. Please, bear in mind that this program isn’t offered for Russian and Azerbaijani citizens.
