The B.S. in chemistry provides a rigorous foundation in the principal areas of basic chemistry. This program is designed for students who intend to pursue advanced studies leading to the M.S. or Ph.D. degrees in the chemical or biochemical sciences, or who wish to obtain employment as entry-level professional chemists in industrial or government laboratories. This program offers 4 emphases: Biochemistry, Chemical Physics, Environmental Chemistry and Chemistry(Standard Option).

Affidavit of financial support and official bank statement required at time of application submission. SAT/ACT scores are not required for international students. However, those students seeking a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Chemistry, and other physical science, must acquire a Cambridge O Level International Examination (Math) or minimum ACT Mathematics score of 25 or a minimum SAT Mathematics score of 580. Please, bear in mind that this program isn’t offered for Russian and Azerbaijani citizens.
