BA in Sociology/Anthropology offers a sociology track, which is the scientific study of social life. Sociologists confront real world problems that impact social life, such as urban blight, gentrification, growth of mobile technologies and corporate downsizing. Through this fully online degree, students learn from world-class research faculty, study a range of contemporary social issues, and develop strong research and analytical skills, including social survey techniques, social statistical sampling methods, social data analysis and computer-based mapping of social phenomena.
