Bachelor of Arts in sociology gives you an understanding of these social contexts and helps you develop skills in oral and written communication, critical thinking, and research. Because our faculty specialize in a wide range of fields, you’ll take courses on organizations, criminal and deviant behavior, social psychological processes, family life, legal institutions, medical systems, human population dynamics, and international development. This program features two concentration areas: organizations/inequality and crime/deviance. Both areas stress basic research and analytical skills that prepare you for a wide array of jobs.



A non-refundable application fee of 60 USD is required. SAT or ACT is required. Moreover, a proof of financial support for themselves AND their dependents, which covers the cost of tuition, fees, housing, food, books, supplies, personal items, transportation and health insurance for a minimum of 9 months is required for the admission.
