Marine biology researchers at Auburn often collaborate in interdisciplinary projects that span several levels of organization, including examination of cellular and molecular bases of ecologically-important processes such as dispersal and competition among organisms in the sea. Students learn skills ranging from molecular genetic techniques to plankton sampling in the open ocean and the design of field experiments on tropical reefs.
Please, bear in mind that this program isn’t offered for Russian and Azerbaijani citizens. SAT or ACT is required. Moreover, a proof of financial support for themselves AND their dependents, which covers the cost of tuition, fees, housing, food, books, supplies, personal items, transportation and health insurance for a minimum of 9 months is required for the admission.
