A bachelor’s degree in fisheries science will prepare you for employment in commercial aquaculture, aquaculture extension, fish hatchery management, fish population assessment, management of recreational fisheries and enhancement of aquatic environments.This option will train you in the use of modern tools to assess, manage and protect aquatic flora and fauna to enhance recreational fishing and aquatic diversity in reservoirs, rivers and streams.



Please, bear in mind that this program isn’t offered for Russian and Azerbaijani citizens. SAT or ACT is required. Moreover, a proof of financial support for themselves AND their dependents, which covers the cost of tuition, fees, housing, food, books, supplies, personal items, transportation and health insurance for a minimum of 9 months is required for the admission.
