Operations and supply management is the critical process within every business that creates, distributes and improves products and services while ensuring the process is streamlined and efficient. While core operations vary from business to business, key elements include production, inventory planning and control, procurement, sourcing and materials management, project planning and control, distribution and warehouse management, production scheduling, quality assurance and management.
