In the Bachelor of Arts (BA) and the Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematical Sciences programs, your mathematics degree coursework will teach you fundamentals of pure and applied mathematics, preparing you for a career in mathematics, natural sciences, computer science, social sciences or business. This program in BS has a focused approach on calculus where students must also complete the requirements from one of the following concentrations: Pure Mathematics; Statistics; Actuarial Science; Financial Mathematics; Quantitative Analysis and Operations Research; Applied and Computational Mathematics; or Individualized.
