The Upside-Down program at Fairhaven College gives students the unique opportunity to continue their education by expanding on the academic skills provided from a Washington state two-year college A.A.S or A.T.A. degree program. The usual route to a BA degree calls for general education in the first two years and specialization in the last two years. Upside-Down students reverse this process by expanding on the specialized skills they received in two years from their technical degree with upper division coursework combined with interdisciplinary liberal arts course work. Admission to Fairhaven College and admission to the Upside-Down Program requires supplemental application materials.

The non-refundable application fee for international students is 60 USD.
