The degree in Nutrition Sciences at IUCS aims to train health professionals with the latest knowledge on human nutrition, formulation of diets, prevention of pathology and health promotion, but also with a domain in terms of technology, quality and food safety. The skills acquired include fundamental training in biological, chemical, biomedical and sociological areas and their application in the area of ​​Human Nutrition, in terms of health promotion, food quality and safety, community health, restoration, food technology, management and communication.

Document certifying that the candidate has a national exam of Biology in is education system with the minimum mark of approved in order to substitute our national access exam of Biologia e Geologia and the respective contents is required. Or if a candidate has not taken the test, he/she can do it in the institution.
