The Doctoral Programme in Biological Sciences Applied to Health provides advanced, multi- and interdisciplinary training in biomedical science designed to convey solid research and communication skills at high levels of scientific and ethical standards. Students receive orientation by a tutoring committee throughout their studies as they build their knowledge base and design their thesis project. Document certifying that the candidate has a national exam of Biology in is education system with the minimum mark of approved in order to substitute our national access exam of Biologia e Geologia and the respective contents is required. Or if a candidate has not taken the test, he/she can do it in the institution.
