In semesters 3 to 6 you acquire HR expertise, starting with the fundamentals: recruiting employees, further education, personnel development and remuneration and reward management. You will also learn how digital talent management is currently changing the entire profession, which employer branding strategies are successful, and how important work-life balance can be.

This program is also offered in Mainz,Cologne Germany. Please note that there is no application fee charged by the university, but the registration fee is 600EUR. After the conditional offer, a deposit of 3,000EUR is required. A student is also advised to acquire a semester student card of 300EUR for transport expenses and social activities.
