The aim of Özyeğin University is to train civil engineers who know and develop new technological applications both in terms of design and application, and who have the competence to work in different geographies. Özyeğin University, a research university, offers graduate and doctorate education in addition to undergraduate education at the Department of Civil Engineering. Our goal of providing students with high level knowledge, independent research and flexible application skills through graduate programs and research projects is also to keep the research mission of our university active through the development of new methods, technologies and information. In the Civil Engineering academic staff, there are professors who have gained great recognition in their fields with their experience and knowledge, and successful academics with industry experience and foreign doctorate degrees. Our full-time faculty members, who have extensive knowledge of each of the most important indicators of the capacity and competence of our department in the fields of education, research and application, and have a vision for the future of the profession, such as structural engineering, building materials, construction management, geotechnical, hydraulic, transportation engineering, earthquake engineering. He continues his education and research studies in all sub-fields of civil engineering.
