This program raises a student who finds, analyzes, interprets, and applies rules of law, develops, analyzes, and confirms legal documents, gives legal opinions and provides legal assistance, performs activities in civil, administrative, criminal process, Constitutional Court process and makes research of scientific significance on jurisprudence. Once the program is completed, students progress into job positions such as juror notary, lawyer, bailiff, prosecutor, judge, insolvency administrator, executive positions in public institutions and local governments.

Keep in mind that this program is available only to Latvian and EU citizens. Due to this fact, application and tuition fees may differ. Moreover, this degree is offered in both full-time and part-time formats of study in two campus locations: Riga and Daugavpils. A non-refundable registration fee of 100 EUR / 200 EUR will be required.
