The primary aim of this program is to blend a solid understanding of technology with business management skills. The program prepares students for entry-level professional positions in the field of IT in the global business and public sectors. This four-year degree is awarded by the State University of New York, Empire State College. This bachelor’s degree in Science Mathematics and Technology with a concentration in Information Technology offers: - An understanding of the mechanisms in an organization and/or enterprise including management, finance, aspects of law, sales and marketing, and human resource management; - Development of key business and management skills; - An understanding of IT architectures and the issues, concerns, and strategies related to their deployment; - Knowledge of the processes involved in software programming and the elements involved in software development and testing to ensure its successful deployment;
