A variety of teaching and learning strategies are used throughout the programme and self-directed study is encouraged to promote independent learning and the development of lifelong learning skills. The development of clinical skills is an integral part of the programme and is supported in practice placements by qualified mentors and in the excellent clinical skills laboratories by experienced lecturers. Placements are embedded into the programme to enable you to develop your clinical skills.
