Optometry is a healthcare profession concerned with the examination, diagnosis, and treatment of the human visual system. In our aging population, the demand for eye care is expected to increase, and optometrists are ideally placed to help meet this demand. The program is based on both fundamental academic sciences as well as detailed clinical and practical studies. The emphasis is very much on the optometric service to patients.

The tuition fee is to be charged in national currency so it may vary in the event of changes in exchange rates. The application fee is GBP 20. In order to progress to this program, the Pathway program is required first.
