The purpose of the program is to develop students into cultured and talented visual communication designers, who can utilize their communication strategies to solve all kinds of design problems. Our department is equipped with MAC computer laboratories, animation, printmaking and design studios, and photography studio. Students take Graphic Design Project, Typography, Digital Illustration, 3D Animation, Photography, Game Design, Motion Graphic Design, Interactive Media, Advertising Photography, Advertising Film Production, Portfolio, Printmaking, Exlibris Desing, History of Graphic Design, Semiotics, Design Law, New Media, and Creative Writing courses. These courses enhance the students' theoretical and practical ability and also develop their problem-solving ability.

The language of your study program is Turkish. You are required to have a minimum level of B2 in TÖMER. If English is not the first/official language of the applicant's home country and if a student does not have English Proficiency Exam Certificate which Işık University accept then he/she will be required to have English Proficiency Exam which will be held by Işık University.
