The Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice (CMRP) at Bangor is the largest and oldest mindfulness teacher training organisation in the UK, and has been training people to teach mindfulness-based courses for the last 15 years. We were the first programme in the world to offer a Masters in mindfulness-based approaches and strive to be the best.

In order to progress to this program, Pre-master's program is required first.
