The LL.M. in U.S., International, and Transnational Law offers flexibility in the choice of law courses as well as the opportunity to conduct independent research. Students enrolled in the program attend courses and seminars along with J.D. students and can take advantage of Chicago-Kent’s cutting-edge expertise in areas such as information technology law, e-commerce, and financial services law. Electives include International Law, Comparative Law, International Business Transactions, International Trade Law, European Union Law, International Aspects of Intellectual Property, International Human Rights, and Immigration Law.
Unibroad also offers a Pre-Master's program for the candidates not eligible for this course. There is special Unibroad scholarship offered at this university.
