Master of Engineering
This professional master’s program in materials chemistry is a part-time, online program designed for scientists who wish to broaden their background in synthesis, characterization, and properties of materials and chemical systems. The program combines modern materials design and synthesis strategies with innovative characterization techniques, along with computational and simulation methods. Illinois Tech’s Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering provides students with the advanced knowledge needed to design the built environment. Students learn how buildings and bridges may be designed to resist the forces imposed upon them by external loads, gravity, wind, and earthquakes. Up-to-date, computer-aided design techniques and the latest national building codes dealing with steel, reinforced concrete, pre-stressed concrete, and masonry structures are treated.
Unibroad also offers a Pre-Master's program for the candidates not eligible for this course. There is special Unibroad scholarship offered at this university.
