The fast development of technology, changes in national and international development plans, and globalization of education have created competition among higher education institutions. Besides, there have been heightened expectations from higher education institutions. Therefore, the roles of higher education administrators have become more complicated, varied, and vague. In this process of change, higher education administrators are expected to develop new skills and strategies for ensuring sustainable development in their institutions.

Keep in mind that this program contains thesis work at the end of the semester. This program is available both in Turkish and English for 2 years. In addition, this program is available for 18 monthes in Turkish.
