The aim of this program is to give an education which provides to gain a specialization in public law. Giving this education, globalized world and globalization of the law has been taken into consideration.The program gives importance to human rights law and humanitarian law as the common values of the world. Also new areas of the law (i.e. IT law) are being thaught.

Keep in mind that this program contains thesis work at the end of the semester. This program is in Turkish.
