BSc and MChem teach you the fundamentals of medicinal chemistry and encourage you to make your own discoveries. You’ll also have the opportunity to study modules delivered by our School of Biosciences and Medicine. You’ll benefit from our research-active academics and strong professional links, gaining the confidence to translate your ideas into practice. You can apply to study for either a BSc or an MChem (Master of Chemistry). The MChem builds on the BSc course with a masters year, and is a direct route to a masters qualification.

In order to progress to this program, Pre-master's program is required first. IELTS Academic requirement is 6.5 overall with 6.0 in Writing and 5.5 in each other element. Annual fees will increase by 4% for each subsequent year of study.
