The specialisation you will achieve via the Postgraduate Degree in Corporate Mergers &Acquisitions will prepare you to work in the legal profession in the field of business operations involving fusions, acquisitions and similar. Taught in conjunction with Ernst&Young (EY), this specialisation will prepare you for professional work in the field of business operations involving fusions and acquisitions, with a teaching method involving «learning by doing», where through practical cases and simulations of real professional situations, you will achieve effective and comprehensive learning.
