The Deaf Studies Program is a dynamic organization committed to a better understanding and improved communications with the Deaf community. Students who complete the Deaf Studies major and develop proficiency in American Sign Language are qualified to work in a positive and supportive manner with members of the American Deaf Community and in related professions.
