This program introduces students to the concepts and the practices essential to human resources management. The Human Resources Management Program also provides an opportunity to study and discuss current issues and areas of specialization important to the human resource function in business and industry today. Graduates can work in areas such as planning, selection, placement, training, payment, performance appraisal, an employee in the human resource department of private and public sector organizations.
