The flight dispatcher, is the one, who makes the whole flight planning, follows the whole flight operation, maintains the required information in case of need, and coordinates related units for a safe and confident flight. The Flight Operation Management Program is a training program, in which two different authorities meet within the same training platform, consists both Flight Dispatcher certificate that is internationally recognized and approved by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation and the Flight Dispatcher diploma approved by the council of higher education (YÖK). The graduates of the Flight Operation Management Program employed by the airline businesses and airports as technical personnel; aviation teaching, civil aviation law and regulations, meteorology, aircraft mass and performance, weight and balance control, communication, air traffic management, navigation, flight planning, air transport of dangerous goods, human factor, safety management and flight tracking courses.

The language of instruction in this program is Turkish.
