The Cookery Program takes into account the needs of the sector; Introduction to Gastronomy, Basic Nutritional Principles, Hygiene-Sanitation, Culinary Techniques, Local and World Cuisine, Food and Beverage Management, Marketing etc. It offers a rich educational curriculum equipped with lessons. Students have the opportunity to put their theoretical knowledge into practice in Antalya, which is the tourism star of country, in the professional kitchens of the leading hotels of the sector, and in the kitchens of national and international five-star hotels. Students who graduate from this program can find the opportunity to work in various fields of activity of the food and beverage businesses and hospitality sector, in the pastry industry, in touristic facilities, in the kitchens of private or public institutions, in all enterprises that provide mass nutrition, and in institutions that provide COOKIE education.
