An EMBA is a good fit if you have extensive work experience including in management, wish to develop strategic business competencies and leadership skills that you can apply immediately in senior roles and are building competence to move from narrow-banded specialist careers into general management and leadership. You will grow in self-awareness and confidence and develop your own personal leadership style. In cooperation with Governance New Zealand, you will develop specific skills to assume company director roles.
