The aim of the First and Emergency Aid Associate Degree Program is to train qualified intermediate staff that are needed by the health sector with 2-year theoretical and practical training, and thus facilitate finding employment. The purpose of the First and Emergency Aid Associate Degree Program is to train auxiliary health staff who can provide professional basic and advanced life support to patients and the injured in pre-hospital emergency services; perform life-saving and preventive medical interventions until the main treatment of the sick and injured; recognize all kinds of system trauma, plan and implement an appropriate emergency treatment; and ensure that patients or the injured who have received first treatment can reach hospitals safely by ambulance.

The internal language assessment test might be offered. Exemption from English Language Proficiency and Placement Exam for students who hold international language certificates is determined by written exam and / or oral interview conducted by the School of Foreign Languages. This program is available in Turkish.
